SHIPPING

All orders are processed the following business day. We ship orders Monday to Friday  (excluding public holidays) and do not ship at weekends. 

Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the following business day.

Domestic Orders via NZ Post (New Zealand)

Domestic orders via Nz post normally arrive within 1- 3 working days from the time of dispatch. Please allow an extra working day for rural delivery.

International Orders via NZ Post

International orders via Nz post are expected to arrive within 10-18 working days from the time of dispatch. Please allow an extra working day for rural delivery.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

As a small business, we hold little to no stock. Therefore, we can not offer product returns or refunds for the full amount paid for items.

To exchange your order you MUST email us and request this within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please include your order number and any proof of purchase. 

Proof of purchase must match that of who is requesting for the exchange.

ACCEPTED EXCHANGES MUST:

  • Be unused and in pristine/Saleable condition
  • Include original packaging with tags attached 
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase
  • Sales items can not be exchanged.

STORE CREDIT

As stated earlier, All orders can not be refunded for the amount paid for products. Instead you will be issued store credit. Please return the items to Truce within 3 days of contacting us for an exchange for store credit.

Non-exchangeable items: 

  • Gift vouchers/cards 
  • Sales items
  • Giveaway items
  • Gift items 

The exchange must be requested upon the purchaser and proof of purchase is required at all times

Original shipping costs and handling of your item are non-refundable. The cost of return postage must be paid by the customer (if applicable). 

We cannot process your exchange until we receive all items physically. We highly recommend keeping a copy of your tracking details, as we are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit to us.

Once we’ve received and inspected your exchange item, we will email you to notify if the exchange is approved or rejected. 

If you are approved, you will be issued store credit equal to the amount paid for the items returned. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive the store credit email.

Unfortunately, if your exchange is rejected. We will send the items back to your doorstep. Please allow 2-5 business days to retrieve your items.

 

FAULTY PRODUCT

If any incorrect or faulty items are received, please email us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please include your order number, and any relevant photos with information regarding the issue.
